2. Training Program Materials and Training Prices
We retain the right to alter our training programs, costs, terms, and other facets of our operations without giving prior notice. Furthermore, we have the right to reschedule or cancel any training sessions as necessary.To enroll in one of our courses, you must visit our website and select the course you wish to attend. We require personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email, previous education history, and work experience to get to know you better before training begins. We respect your privacy and comply with Canadian privacy laws. Payment for courses can be made using our online payment system or check or credit card or etransfer. Please note that the local government/ Alberta Government allows us to charge under 1k for our courses. Infact, the price of our courses are 1k and less than $1000.00 as per the government rule. Occasionally, we combine more than two modules and offer them as a package for a price of $1,500 to $above, for example $2,500 or $3,500 or $7,500 etc. Please be advised that the price of $1,000  and above  is for a combination of more than two modules, and time frame is longer as well, which we treat as individual prices (because of the combinations of  couples of individual training courses)  even though the cost exceeds $1,000. This approach protects us from any liability.

3.    Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide valuable resources and training programs, we cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our courses or website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided, nor can we guarantee that our courses or website will be available at all times.
